Went to the city of Scottsdale, AZ and decided to use Thrifty Car Rental to see the cities in Arizona. We choose Thrifty Car Rental because they "seemed" to be the most reasonable. The man that checked us in took all our information from our online Reservation Confirmation information. He reviewed what we wanted with our rental. Once he was done, he had us sign this small electronic tablet, reviewing again our choices we made with the rental.
