Dear sir, ihave purchased a mobile phone model no.Cris5253 on date 26.1 2011.Charging system 0f my mobile is not working properly from last two months.I have changed the charger of my mobile from service centre and from where I have purchased my mobile they said no to take the responsibility of my mobile phone.Last week I have gone for the trip to kullu and manali and in between of my trip the problem of charging again started and I was not able to contact from anyone all my important numbers were in this mobile.
