I am also one of those unhappy customers of DI in the Grand Caymens. My husband and I sailed on the Jewel of the Sea in Nov 2010 for our 25th anniversary. Our last stop was the Grand Caymens and all we heard about on the ship was the wonderful prices and quality jewelry from DI. We made sure we made this our first stop before an excursion.
