We were served by Helen - 326 on checkout @ Coles @ Seven Hills NSW who complained about us being over by 6 items in express. My mother whom I transport to do her shopping as she is 77yrs old & aided by a walking stick due to 3 major breaks in her leg plus suffers from osteoporosis. My mothers leg sticks out to the left so it quite tiresome for her to wait in big line ups so as the express was free & we had a small number of items I moved to Helens register.
