Attn: All customers that have these terrible experiences with the Joann's store. You need to contact the corporate office. The employees are being mistreated and they get their hours cut constantly; I am so sorry that you are going through this experience; crafts and creativity should be a happy experience. Managers and employees have no right to treat customers with disrespect; however their is a reason for it and it is out of desperation that employees act horrible.
