Your company over charges their customers and then says its Direct TV's fault. when i call Direct TV they say it is Qwests fault, neither company will take responsibility. What is the customer supposed to do? I am still getting over charged, i spent 2hrs on the phone with Qwest and Direct TV and got nowhere. Is this how you treat your customers? What am i supposed to do when neither company will take responsibility? Neither Qwest or Direct TV will help me with my problem, I am still getting overcharged.
