Ordered this entire product including collar, leash and 2-dvd set. After receiving it I tried playing the DVDs both on my DVD player and on the computer and the DVDs were blank. Emailed twice and received no response. Therefore, the collar and its leash, which were not cheap, are sitting in their box since I have no idea how to use the product because the DVDs don't work.
