I got my refrigerator repaired through engineer (Mr Saif Mb. No. 9872136780) samsung authorised service center Panchkula-Haryana. He charged us Rs. 1250/- he did not gave any reciept for this. After one month refrigerator had same problem I again contacted samsung people and they gave me complaint No. 8431308131 which was attended after 3 days by Mr. Harpal Singh Mb. No. 8968590492.
