Sir/Madam 1. The matter between me and Cell C has the following reference. 2. In October 2009 I have received the billing letter from Cell C stating that I must pay R1399.00 from their bill whereas the contract agreement was R99.00. I was so surprise when I discovered that I was subscribed with Exact Mobile that was billing me every minute. 3.
