I took avery nice and expensive dress to be drycleaned along with other garments & the cleaners ruined all the clothes. I was more upset when my expensive dress shrinked to the point that it would only fit a young daughter. The instructions inside the dress detailed to be dry clean only; however, it appeared they steamed it to the point it shrank. the owner refused to cooperate and literally threw me out of his store and told to complaint and get a reimbursement from the manufacturer.
