Last year my mother purchased an Elantra from Brad Benson. A year later last week to be exact she took the car for a routine oil change and a minor recall. Well of course they told her the recall was not minor and would be a probablem. She should just trade in the car. The salesman then proceeds to tell her she received a horrible deal and could have done much better. My Mother calls my husband and I and the salesman gets on the phone he's going to sell her a better car for the same payment and term of her current deal. NO CHANGES ALL... read full review »
