On 20 Apr 09 travelled to DXB from TRV by EK 523 - Business class, DXB to JNB EK 763 business class and on 21 Apr 09, JNB to LAD-Angola thru South African SA54 (economy). Booked luggage at TRV. Receipt No. AI810366. But it did not reach to Launda, Angola. There was ill treatment by booking staff at TRV. They kept me waiting 40 mintues to issue boarding.
