I am writing to tell you of some concerns I have regarding the Days Inn location at 3800 East Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, CA. My husband and I stayed at this location for three nights, 6/24, 6/25. and 6/26/11. The problems began when I went to check us into the hotel. I gave the man at the desk my name.
