I am a frequent traveller and had the worst experience with the SWISS AIRLINES .I was flying from milan to zurich and then a flight to india and got my boarding pass on time but due to a huge queue at the security section, it took me a lot of time to reach the boarding area and without making any announcement they took off. No one even came at the security section to make way for people who have an early flight.
