Paid $40US a year ago for Norton 360. Received an email recently that an automatic renewal will now take $76.20 out of my bank a/c for next year’s service. WTF!!! The price has doubled! When calling customer service, I got India. Couldn’t understand a word she said. Something about cancelling my automatic renewal and refunding half of the $76.20. Her accent was so incomprehensible that she transferred my “case” to the U.S. Supposedly someone who speaks American will call me in 24-48 hours. I’m holding my breath. read full review »
