My wife & I have a Capital One Visa and a Mastercard. We have had these cards for a long time. I make our payments online and am NEVER late. I also pay at least 3 to 4 times the minimal payment amount. We just received notification that Capital One is raising our APR by over 4%. This is absolutely ridiculous. Because of the current state of our economy, I could maybe understand a raise of 1%.
