After countless botched deliveries, I have finally had enough of Purolator. As a customer who has packages delivered almost on a weekly basis with Purolator, I can safely say I encountered a problem with at least 20% of the deliveries. The latest problem is that they refused to find my package in the warehouse after not delivering said package earlier that day.
