We had Directv for over 10 yrs. We kept getting adverts for special packages (weekly). Called rep several times. They said only for new customers & suggested we go to AT&T & maybe they could bundle a deal with directv. AT&T gave us best deal with Uverse. We called to cancel & were told we had a new 24 month contract when we pd 99.00 for a dvr box 18 months ago. We were never told of a new contract. now they want another $140. They even raised rates a couple of months back. Said that the contract allowed them to raise rates, just keeps us from leaving. Total rip off & nothing for customer loyalty. read full review »
