5 days trying to get a sim swap and to my supprise the staff at the MTN help line (173 ) seemed not to be qualified for the job. Every one tells you a different story. I had to be up and down the police station with every one telling you should do this. MTN should please train the people properly and stay in business. Customers should be respected .
