I'm a small business owner whose company is located in a small industrial park. I can't wait to retire and UPS is putting the proverbial nail in my coffin. 1) Our UPS center is closed from 1-3 pm. 2) When a delivery is made and I'm not at my business, I request it to be left at my neighbors 30ft away. I complained about the driver not leaving a note stating that the package is next door.
