I ordered faucet parts from decorglamour.com and have enjoyed some of the worst service that I've ever experienced in online shopping. They waited more than 10 business days to ship the parts without any notification as to a cause for delay. I had to telephone them and endure a lengthy holding period before I finally got a live rep who took another 10 minutes just to give me a UPS tracking number for the shipment.
