They advertise that if you are unhappy with the product at any time you may return the product for a refund. I cancelled my account and obtained a return ID number for two additional shipments. Returned these with the refund ID numbers two months ago and have not been reimbursed. Worse I have sent multiple emails and received no repsone and called 7 times which I have been on hold over 30 minutes to then just be disconnected. read full review »
