i tricia jones order service through direct tv my package i order was the bundle package which includes tv and phone and internet which i have not recieved the phone nor the internet which i was given what my monthly bill would be!!! all this was placed in march 2011, i have called and complained about the sevices that i haven't got yet i was told that a modem is going to be mailed out to my address several time, nothing has not been done yet, this is my fourth complaint. i am stopping service, my plans is to also make a complaint with the attorney general offices. read full review »
