My sister and her husband just financed their first vehicle through Wells Fargo Dealer Services (WFDS) at the beginning of this year. They are fairly new to the whole making loan payments, and don't know how everything works that is why I am writing this, this is their story. WFDS is stating that they are behind payments on their car, even though they have the payments directly taken out of their bank account each month.
