So I am currently on hold for the 6th time in 2 weeks trying to have my pool pump repaired. Needless to say, my pool is green since the water hasnt't been circulating. After 6 attempts and hours of time wasted on hold or sitting at the house waiting on a repair person someone finally came to evaluate our problem. The pool person was kind enough to inform me that I need an entire new pump and that AMERICAN HOME SHIELD refused to replace it.
