Despite what everyone else has written about Quicken Loans, I applied for a refinance anyway. I really wanted to believe they would help me. They claimed they would. I spent hours and hours getting every piece of documentation they could imagine. I got my mother to cosign the loan. She could buy the property outright has a lot of money. Then, just as many have reported before me, Quicken dropped the ball. They brought out an appraiser of their choice who claimed my property has dropped in value 20 percent.
