I booked a flight through Priceline.com but had to cancel the flight a week prior to departure. They informed me I could keep the reservation for 12 months but they would charge 50% fees for cancellation plus a $30 fee. I went to use the remaining value for a new reservation. They would not let me use an airline with cheaper fares. Instead tried to charge me for the same airline which was twice the cost so that with the balance of my reservation I would still be paying $100 more than the fare I found. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said he was on another call but would call me back. He never did so. read full review »
