On the last Sunday of January, 2011, I was the victim of a break-in. The thieves stole some checks and tried running up some bills. I visited my bank and took the appropriate action. Within the next couple of months, had a nightmare as various collection companies tried to collect. With the majority of them, a faxed police report and phone call, and that was it. Not Certegy...they wanted personal info, notarized copies, the works. Sent in the paperwork, still not satisfied.
