Recieved an e-mail from HD Concepts claiming I had agreed to purchase their Product. I believe approx 18months ago I requested a "free trial" of their Product but Cancelled because of terms. This e-mail stating I had agreed to purchase had 2 telephone numbers and 1 e-mail address. I tried all unsuccessfully. I informed my Credit Card Service and was advised to wait and see if they claimed the purchase money. They did ($69.95). My CC Server has refused to pay and am awaiting HD's responce. How are they allowed to claim money and provide unobtainable telephone numbers or e-mail addresses? read full review »
