Received a THIS IS NOT A BILL letter stating my bank account was charged $169.92 for some phone calls that could have cost anywhere from .69 to $9.95 per minute depending on the program you selected. Says it's for Telephone Entertainment Services. Anyway complete scam to try and get your bank account information. They even say you can fax them all of your personal information and they will credit your bank account if it's found to be an error. HOA Property Management Scam

I believe I have found a way for Property Management Companies to steal their customers HOA Funds indirectly via construction and maintenance projects. I wanted to get some input from other people from this industry on my following theory on how this is being done. <br /><br /> In California it only takes 3 bids on any given project and if the HOA Board members sign off on the proposed price it's perfectly legal, regardless of the price being 2-3 times the average price. Care Credit

I have 3 Care Credit accounts with them for over 3 years now. One in my name, one in my wifes, and a joint account in both of our names. All of them have been charged with so many overdraft charges in the last 3 years I still owe them nearly what I started at. Problem is I only had 1 late payment, not 20. They are scamming people. Their website doesn't post the payments in a timely manner. It can take days. They've also changed the due date on us several times.
