dear sir, We have purchase onida washing machine 60h hydro shakti last two year ago.Now after an year, there is a problem in motor. motor not working.I lodged a complaint to onida service centre in nagpur (electro services, 205, chatrapati nagar, nagpur.)one of their engineer visited and tell for the motor change but motor not available in service center.he told to be replaced and he suggested that, he will come back in two days with the new motor and get it fitted.
