As an endocrinologist I have used FEDEX in the past to deliver sensitive material and medical results and always had problems with them. I did not come here to report a specific delivery but to support all of those customers who have had these similar situations in the past. They are the worst! They will come, not ring the bell and just leave a blank "sticky" at the door; you call and the customer service is awful: they are rude, VERY RUDE - all of them.
