I have been continually dissapoint at their absolute lacking of customer service and dishonesty within the game. Having completely removed any ability to submit customer service query's or any other form of suggestion to corporate entities they have effectively cut themselves off from their own customers. Truly the only company ive dealt with that was absolutely devoid of any wanting to be contacted, and we pay their salaries? Avoid contact with jagex ltd at all costs. read full review »
