I have a $510 balance from gift cards at Amazon. I wanted to purchase a IPad 2. Amazon doesn't carry them, just their merchants have them. But the cheapest one I can get is $560.00. But Amazon sells Target gift cards. Target also sells the Ipad 2 I want for $499.99. So I thought I would buy a Target gift card purchase it that way. Amazon will not allow you to do that.
