I am having a problem with Emblem Health Care and the calendar they use. It seems they are using a calendar that goes back in time. Unfortunately my calendar only goes forward or else I would be at OTB every day betting on yesterday’s races. HIP canceled my health insurance policy and did so retroactively. They sent me a form letter dated May 30 2011 telling me my health insurance is canceled as of May 1. Yet they billed me and I made payments for the months of May and June.
