After having this warranty for only 9 months, and having our transmission go out, we took it to a certified repair shop only to have our claim deniued because we had our "maintenance" done at Terrible HErbst which is not an ASE certified repair facility. WE have had our car for four years prior to purchasing this warranty, and have had most all of our "maintenance" done by Terrible HErbst. Even the dealerships accept their service.
