A reliance tower is at kudlu gate. For the past ten days, it started producing lot of noise. There were no problems before. May be some noise arrestor has stopped working. It makes lot of noise and we can feel the vibration. Im not sure whom to contact regarding this. Kindly help. There are soo many houses nearby.
