I booked through Hotels.com in advance. I asked for a room for five of us. One included my daughter in a wheelchair. I was told we would have a room with 2 double beds and a sofa. When I arrived, i was given a room on the second floor and the hotel had no elevator. So they gave me a room on the ground floor, but the handicap parking was on the other side of the building. The room had 2 double beds and a little table. When I called Hotels.com and asked them to rectify the situation...I was told that to had to take it up with the hotel mgmt. SO... read full review »
