Their customer-service officer told me that they could definitely resolve our toilet clogging issue. We asked specifically if they have high pressured water-jet machine and the officer claimed they have everything. Thus, we engaged their service. They sent us an inexperienced plumber who never even heard of what is a high-pressured water-jet machine. He even said we had to remove our toilet bowl in order to unclog completely.
