Dr. Fusaylov is a podiatrist/foot surgeon with offices in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. He has a very arrogant & cocky attitude. I went in for a consultation & he talked me into surgery the same week. The actual surgery I wanted wasn't done!! I was very upset and he did nothing to comfort or console me. He actually blamed ME for the "misunderstanding" and said that I wasn't "specific" in what I wanted.
