After months of my relative unable to read or pay bills and placed in a nursing home due to a life threatening illness. I contacted these scumbags in March 2011 with a letter notifying them of the circumstances for non-payment. No response from them at all!!! My relative out of the hospital, rehab and then a nursing home contacts their customer service only a few weeks later after recieving a threatening letterJuly 2011 from CAPITAL ONE. Lured in by Samantha through the senior assistance hotline. Relative stricken with Cellulitis on legs placed for rehab. Had relative catching a ball...Why~the issue was with her legs not hands. Relative's clothing and other items disappearing as well as that of other residents. What a coincidence that a worker's mother works in a thrift store. Sat in on one of their meetings right after the whole kitchen staff had quit them the same day. Dollar Tire

Purchased a new lawn mower tire . It took on a nail. I took it to dollar tire to be repaired. The kid (new) put so much air in the tire that ir bllew it off the rim scaring co-workers who were voiced profanities followed by what the **** are you doing? I witnessed this first hand. Attempted to discuss the matter with the owner who claimed the tire was rotten and I needed to take it back to who I bought it from. I did! Found the reciept I purchased the tire from them!!! One Great Family subscription 7 day trial

I see these scumbags haven't missed a beat in ripping off the public while the authorities sit with their thumbs up thier azz's. A bout 2003 subscribed to their service under the pretense of a 7 day trial . I canceled on the third day but once these slimballs obtained my credit card information they were submitting charges for about $40 a month without authorization hence CANCELLATION ON THE THIRD DAY OF A 7 DAY FREE TRIAL! ! ! I finally had to cancel my credit card and have another issued because of these thieving imbred B*****ds!... read full review »
