I purchased travel insurance through access america booking through Delta airlines. Our baggage was delayed for a day. The baggage had the materials needed to do an out of state job for our Company. Our trip was interrupted because we could not complete our work without our baggage. Access America agreed the claim is covered but they deny gettting the documentation I have sent 4 times. I have proof the faxes went through and proof USPS and Fed Ex has delivered the docs but Access America continues to say they have not received the claim. read full review »
