I sent for the 'FREE' samples of ant ageing cream, paid the postage via my card. The post tried to deliver a package (I was away) they left a card to say I had to pay import duty of £25.00. It was returned. I now find they have taken £44.97 from my account this month. I have no creams, and no address to complain to. The Bank said they couldn't do anything, it was down to me.
