We bought a laptop computer from Dell. We got a $75.00 coupon as an incentive. We used the coupon to order some games. Dell canceled this order without notifying us. We found the order had been canceled and reordered. Again Dell canceled the order without notifying us. When we found the order had been canceled this time Dell told us that the coupon could not be used again because they had canceled the order.
