Captiol One is just another company out to take advantage of people. I had one of those cards for rebuilding my credit and it further dug my grave.I tried to start to get credit after a messy divorce and defaulted on this stupid $300 limit card. I ended up paying over 2, 500 in court for this 300 dollar card. Plus I paid $50 for the card. So they actualy gave me $250 and made well over 2, 000.
