Very bad customer service. Teachers and course material is great. But customer service is very bad. They don’t listen to your concern about you not getting all your course materials to participate in classroom. Customer also will not transfer you to talk to a supervisor. They will hang up the phone on you. Watch out, do your homework before chose Becker. read full review »
