Video Professor offered a five (5) day free trial for their online computer programs. I emailed them back on the third day telling them I was not interested in this service as it did not meet my needs. I just noticed they charged my VISA account $39.95. I meet their criteria and they had no right to charge my VISA the $39.95. It appears they are using this in hopes that the consumer (us) will not see that our credit card account has been inaccurately charged. This is a scam and they are robbing the consumer. Can't their be anything done about this? I want my money back! read full review »
