I pay my escrow shortage every single year. Last JULY, 2010, my mortgage payment started to creep up slowly...July 2010, then more August, more September. My escrow analysis is performed the 3rd week of August every year. My payment should never have gone up until 10/1/10. I sent 2 checks in September 30, 2010.
