This started off as a really positive experience but turned into a nightmare. I initially worked with Addy, who offered me a great price. I drove all the way from Philadelphia and was satisfied with the whole transaction. In 2 days I had my car. At the time of closing I was told that my real plates would come in the mail and there was nothing else I needed to do.
