FCS Wordwide Express was appointed by our company's Accounting Company to courier a document to our office dated 28 June 2011. However, their staff actually damaged our door handle as he forced open our door without knocking. We did not realised the door handle came loose until the end of the day. The next day, we sent email to FCS and also seek assistance from our Accounting Company. Unfortunately, FCS Worldwide Express did not even bother to respond.
